Are your crystals genuine?

Yes! All of our crystals are authentic, sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. We do not sell dyed, treated or fake/manmade crystals. If there are any exceptions at any time, such as a crystal having an aura coating, we will clearly state this in the product descriptions.

Do crystals really have healing powers?

Many people believe that crystals carry symbolic energies and can be used in rituals, meditation, or as reminders of intentions. While they are treasured for their beauty and spiritual significance, we do not claim medical or scientific benefits

How should I care for my crystals?

Crystals are natural treasures, so treat them gently. Avoid harsh chemicals, store them carefully, and clean with a soft cloth or gentle makeup brush.

Can I cleanse or charge my crystals?

Many people choose to cleanse their crystals with moonlight, sound, or gentle smoke from incense. How you work with your crystals is completely up to you, follow what feels right.

What’s the best crystal for beginners?

Clear Quartz, Amethyst, and Rose Quartz are beautiful starting points. They’re versatile, easy to connect with, and widely loved.

Do you sell “fake” crystals?

All of our crystals are genuine. If a piece is manmade (such as aura-coated or treated), we’ll clearly state that in the description.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to your cart, and check out securely through our checkout page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@moonandglowco.com and we'll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. UK shipping usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive, while international shipping times vary depending on destination and customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment we are only shipping within the UK. We hope to be shipping internationally again very soon. Make sure to keep checking back for updates on this.

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes! For your peace of mind (and ours) we send all orders tracked. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us a photo of the damaged item to info@moonandglowco.com within 14 working days of receiving your order. If the item is in stock, we'll replace it free of charge. If it's unavailable, we'll issue a refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return items within 14 working days of receiving you order. The item must be in its original condition, and postage costs are your responsibility.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

We can't accept returns on the following: earrings or body jewellery (for hygiene reasons), sale/clearance items or items from our 'Imperfect' section, gift cards, mystery boxes, custom/personalised items.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! We don't include prices on packing slips. You can also leave a gift note at the checkout, and we'll include it in your parcel.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available from £10-£100. They make a perfect present for crystal lovers. You can shop our gift cards here
