UNITED KINGDOM
- All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Orders will be shipped 1-3 days after the purchase date.
- Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the next available working day
- Order placed on public/bank holidays will be shipped on the next available working day
REST OF THE WORLD
- International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard (no tracking) or International Tracked - you can choose your shipping option at the checkout.
- Orders will be shipped 1-3 working days after the purchase date.

SHIPPING TO THE EU
Changes with regards to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) are coming to businesses selling goods to customers located in the EU. The changes will take effect on the 1st of July 2021. Here at Moon & Glow Co, we will not be collecting this VAT at the checkout but instead your goods will be delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You, the customer, may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in your receiving country. These charges will depend on the country you reside in.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
DAMAGED ITEMS
Here at Moon & Glow Co we make sure that every order is checked thoroughly before it is sent out to you and we will only send products that are in the best possible condition.
We send our products in protective boxes/mail bags, but, sometimes once posted, items may become damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply photograph your damaged items and email them to us at info@moonandglowco.com and providing we still have your item in stock we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. If we do not have your item in stock we will issue you a refund for the damaged item. (you do not have to send your damaged item back, unless we can fix it for you!)
You have 14 working days to notify us upon receiving your damaged item. If we are not notified within this time we cannot replace it for you nor a refund will be given. We will not accept returns nor give refunds for items that have general wear and tear made by the consumer.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, please sent us a photograph of the damaged item and will process your refund as soon as the photographs of the item have been inspected and approved. Please allow for up to 14 working days for your preferred payment method to be refunded.
CHANGE OF HEART
If you simply change your mind about your item, you are more than welcome to return it. But please be aware, we do not cover shipping costs for the return of your item and this must be paid by yourself.
You have 14 working days upon receiving your order to notify us if you would like to return it.
Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item back to us. Please allow for up to 14 working days for your preferred payment method to be refunded.

EXCLUSIONS
We cannot accept returns on sale items, mystery boxes, personalised items, items sold in our 'imperfect' category or gift card purchases.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items.
